DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. On this page you will find a complete overview of all countries we currently ship to. We are continuously expanding our international shipping options.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our very best to print every order placed before 1pm the same day. We aim to deliver every order within 1 to 4 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

With every order we ensure that a tracking code is sent so that you can keep track of when the order is delivered.

If the data has not been updated 48 hours after receiving the email, please contact us via info@arte-urbano.com. We will then help you with the delivery of your order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, you can no longer make changes via your own account. Contact us at info@arte-urbano.com so we can see what we can do for you. It is important that you always state your order number.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?

Each order is securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. A canvas order will be delivered stretched on a frame packed in a cardboard box. A poster is carefully rolled up and delivered in reliable tubes

This depends on the country to which order has to be shipped. The tracking email that we send you after the order contains the details of the shipping carrier
